“PHP-Team Lead”

Position Summary

We are looking for talented PHP/ MySQL Team Leaders who enjoy challenges and aspiration to build large and interesting projects using the best that technology has to offer. As the PHP-Team Leader, the individual will be  responsible to managing a team of developers and creating communication channels between the team and other departments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Simultaneously handle multiple PHP projects.
2. Lead and manage the PHP team, promoting the creation of elegant, practical solutions to meet the company’s business goals.
3. Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for team members.
4. Timely completion of Projects.
5. Handling Entire projects autonomously.
6. Should Guide php team.
7. Projects Documentations as needed from time to time.
8. Client interaction to understand the needs and requirements of the projects.

Job Qualifications

• Should have at least 4 yrs of experience into web development and designing with at least 2 – 3yrs of experience in project management. With B-tech, M-tech or MCA degree.
• Should have very good knowledge of PHP, HTML, xml, API’s, SOAP and REST.
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Expertise in PHP & CMS tools is must.
• Should have good understanding of handling teams and 4-7 projects simultaneously.
• Should have good experience in Project Analysis.
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
